| HOG MEMBER OF THE MONTH APRIL RICH & SUE BORDEN |
Rich has been a HOG Member since 1987 and Sue since 1991. Rich & Sue are both
Life Members of HOG. Rich has owned 5 Harley’s (2 of which Sue has been able to
enjoy). The last 2 bikes have been custom painted with Helmets to match. (Check out
the beautiful paint job on their latest bike in the picture!)
Rich & Sue have been married 18 years. On that special day they all went through
town on motorcycles! They have also been active in the Dresser Association. Two
years ago they went to Tennessee with the Dressers and rode the Tail of the Dragon.
All 318 curves! Last June they went to Sandusky, Ohio with other members of our
chapter for the Harley Drags and Bike Week. They both enjoyed getting to know
everyone better on that trip.
The picture above is from a trip in 2003 (on their new Harley) when they were lucky
enough to take a ride around Indianapolis Motor Speedway and enjoy a “fancy” dinner
at the track. They have met many friends along the way that they are still in contact with.
HOG and the Endless Mountain HOG Chapter have meant a lot to the Borden’s. Rich
& Sue said “It’s going to be hard this year. I am sure it will be quite a while before we
will ride again. Thank you to everyone for all you have done for us in the past months.
You are all thought of a lot. We have met a lot of great people in the HOG Chapter!
They are always there when you need them.” …………..
